We complete a background check, credit check, and rental reference. There is an income requirement of 3x the monthly rent, and we require proof of income and a work reference. In addition, while there is not a specific credit score we are looking for, if anyone in the home has ever been evicted, owes another landlord money, has a judgment against them, has ever been taking to court by a landlord, or has any overdue balances on their credit, the applicant group is automatically disqualified. The only exceptions are if those overdue balances are either student loans or healthcare bills. We do business in accordance with Federal Fair Housing Laws.
At this time, we are not accepting applicants with housing choice vouchers.
